Your firm gets a unique intake link
When you create your workspace you choose your link, for example intakelingo.ai/intake/smith-immigration. Anyone who enters through it is automatically attached to your firm only.
- 2
The client chooses their language
The first screen asks 'Choose your language · Chwazi lang ou · Elija su idioma'. Selecting Kreyòl or Español switches every question, button, instruction, error message and confirmation into that language.

A conversational assistant collects the facts
One question at a time, in plain language: name, contact details, country of birth, current location, matter type, USCIS or court case, receipt number, A-Number, appointments, deadlines, existing attorney, and consultation preference. Clients can go back and correct anything.
- 4
Documents are uploaded from the phone
I-797 notices, EAD cards, I-94s, passports, USCIS correspondence and court notices are captured as photos or PDFs and stored privately against the client's record.
- 5
AI writes a structured English summary
After submission the intake is converted into neutral administrative headings — Client Profile, Immigration History Reported by Client, Existing Case Information, Important Dates Reported, Documents Provided, Questions for Attorney, Attorney Review Required.
- 6
Your staff work in English
The dashboard shows new intakes, follow-ups needed, consultations booked and recent documents. The client's original answers stay attached to every record for verification.
- 7
The attorney gives the legal advice
IntakeLingo AI never assesses eligibility or predicts outcomes. Legal questions are captured verbatim and flagged for attorney review.
